The 7-Day Walking Challenge isn’t just about hitting a step goal. It’s about choosing you — one step at a time.
This challenge is your invitation to move your body with intention, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself without pressure or perfection. We are focused on consistent action and daily wins that actually feel doable (and create lasting change inside and out!)
For 7 days, each walk will be an EXPERIENCE, not just steps on your watch, so that you build momentum you can actually stick with.
No gym needed. No fancy tracker. Just your feet & a commitment to put yourself at the top of your to- do list.

Hi! I'm Kristin, a Sports Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, certified Lifestyle & Behavior Coach, and Emotional Eating specialist. The founder and lead coach of CMW, I also worked for the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where she created curriculum for the Emotional Eating Psychology course for advanced coaches in IIN's coaching program.
