Hi, I'm Kristin! I'm a Sports Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, certified Lifestyle & Behavior Coach, Emotional Eating specialist, and founder of Create My Weight. I have coached over 600 men & women in Create My Weight, and over 5000+ people ages 9-80 in my career.

 

Prior to building CMW, I coached & built curriculum for the Institute of Integrative Nutrition's Emotional Eating program for advanced coaches.

 

I've been featured in Great Day Washington and FOX DC for my Fitness segments & workouts, in addition to working in multiple gyms as a Group Exercise Director & Trainer.

 

I currently coach clients 1:1 and in groups across the country through my online platform, and reside between Delray Beach, FL and Telluride, CO.

👉How is TLA different than other weight loss programs?

 

TLA is lifestyle-focused, vs. most programs that give you a prescribed meal plan, macros, & recipes to just follow. After coaching nearly 1000 people, I know those things don't last in the long run. 

 

Additionally, TLA is about optimizing your current nutrition & fitness vs. having you start all over. Most TLA participants have a solid understanding of nutrition & fitness, but something isn't working & we need to fix it ASAP for faster results!

👉I've worked with you 1:1 before. How is TLA different?

TLA is PERFECT for CMW alumni because I bet your life has changed since we worked together. Kids, jobs, relocation, etc. Life is always lifing, and your nutrition, fitness, and mindset need to be realigned with your new life. The Lifestyle Accelerator is designed to do that in 10 weeks FLAT, so you stop spiraling & start living. 

Also, sometimes CMW alumni need to learn NEW things — more about longevity, strengthening our mindset, and even more about fitness & nutrition (these industries are ALWAYS changing). In TLA, we will deepen our nutrition & fitness knowledge so you feel empowered & educated on your healthy lifestyle!

👉I am new to CMW. Is TLA still a good fit for me?

Absolutely! Another reason I created TLA is because I wanted to offer a smaller investment opportunity in CMW nutrition coaching. TLA offers all the nutrition & fitness coaching as 1:1 coaching but in a group setting. If you'd like some 1:1 support, I HIGHLY recommend opting for the 1:1 Platinum package.

👉Why is TLA now 16 weeks vs. 10 weeks? 

Great question! After running five rounds of the 10-week program, I realized that ALL participants could benefit from more time, and many of them would tell you the same thing! After nearly a decade of working with clients 1:1 and in a group setting, more time creates better results, less pressure for the client, and secures the client's confidence that they can continue their habits long-term. 10 weeks FLY by and I've found 16 weeks to be the perfect time frame.

👉I am on the fence. I feel like I know what I need to do, but I just need to DO IT. Do I really need TLA?

80% of weight loss is MINDSET, and 20% is food & fitness. Most people skip this part, and that’s why they struggle! You probably:

🤯Stop & go constantly--you're good for a few weeks or months and then fall off the wago

🤯Get boggled down in what to eat, how much, etc, that it just gets overwhelming

🤯Don't stay motivated unless you see results (duh, this is totally normal!)
